Guernsey Mind and CoEfficient  jointly hosted a Workplace Partnership event welcoming two renowned guest speakers to the Island to share their thoughts on how adopting a people-first approach and managing complex and stressful situations can benefit all businesses, whatever the sector. 

The event was well attended and both presentations were thought provoking and well received.

Mike discussed the mindset and tools needed to thrive in complex and unpredictable scenarios and lead with confidence in times of uncertainty.

He talked through the key differences between complicated and complex problems, and why traditional quick fixes often fall short as well as addressing how to distinguish between predictable and unpredictable situations, and adapting your leadership approach accordingly.
