Emotional Health and Wellbeing
The HUB offers a free, confidential support service to children, young people and families on a range of issues ranging from bereavement and low self-esteem to online safety and support when questioning your sexuality. Whatever you are going through, big or small, The HUB can help.
This informal group meets on the first Thursday of every month 10:00-11:30 at Trinity Community Centre. Drawing together those who have experienced any kind of loss or bereavement in their lives whether it be a spouse, partner, child, parent, sibling or friend.
